If you work with young people facing homelessness or involved in the criminal justice system or know a young person who needs our help, you’re in the right place.

We accept referrals from councils, statutory services, other charities and community organisations for any young Londoner aged 16-24 who is homeless or unsafe. We can also help your organisation to learn more about youth homelessness and how to better support young Londoners

If the person you’re supporting needs urgent help, please advise them to come to our day centre for when we open at 10:30am. We are experiencing a really high demand for our services right now and we allocate appointments on a first come first served basis so we may not be able to give them an appointment on the same day if they come later on. If they are not able to get an appointment that day, please encourage them to keep coming back and we will do our best. They can also access our day centre whilst they are waiting which includes food, showers, laundry, Wi-Fi and youth work support. Please be aware that we are not able to house a young person on the same day.

If a young person is street homeless, please signpost them to Streetlink while they wait for support. Streetlink will inform local outreach teams of their location and will try and find them. You can also support them to contact their local authority and make a homeless application in the meantime as well. Other support services which might be useful are listed on our ‘Get Help’ page for young people.

Please note we are not a clinical or statutory service. If the young person you are supporting is under 18, they need to be referred to specialist children’s services. We provide optional support and cannot make any young person engage with us. be referred to specialist children’s services. Professional Referrals

Due to increased demand for services we are not currently accepting online referrals.

If you are working with a young person who needs support and it is safe for them to travel to Camden, please ask the young person to come to the centre for 10.15am. We open our centre and allocate appointments for the day at 10.30am and our appointments are filling up very quickly so we are advising young people to come to the centre for opening to avoid disappointment. Please note, we are experiencing a really high demand for our services right now and we cannot guarantee housing advice appointments on the same day or every day that young people attend. We are also not able to pre-book appointments. If young people are not able to get an appointment that day, please encourage them to keep coming back at 10:15am and we will do our best to see them as soon as possible. They can also access our day centre whilst they are waiting which includes food, showers, laundry, Wi-Fi and youth work support. Please be aware that we cannot provide emergency housing on the same day.

If a young person is street homeless, please signpost them to Streetlink while they wait for support. Streetlink will inform local outreach teams of their location and will try and find them. We encourage all young people to approach their local borough for support as well.

Other support services which might be useful are listed on our ‘Get Help’ page.
