Phil joined NHYC in 2018 from a successful career in the youth sector, most recently with London Youth. He is also a Trustee at the OVO Foundation.
Meghan oversees delivery of our core frontline services across Housing, Health, Youth Work and Outreach. She also leads on our HR and People work as well as Safeguarding.
