We asked staff at New Horizon how they would like to be remembered - snacks, football and sexual health are very important. But what about ending youth homelessness?

Checking blood pressure is important because it helps to:
1. Detect high blood pressure early, which is a common condition that increases the risk for heart disease and stroke
2. Prevent health problems associated with high or low blood pressure
3. Discover any problems early and monitor your health

brat: donating period products to New Horizon

For many of our young people, period poverty is very real. Running out of sanitary products is stressful, anxiety inducing and for many, leads to shame. Especially if you don’t have the money to buy any or friends around to ask for help.
