Remote delivery can mean a lot of different things at the moment. We want to be super clear about what it means for our services and what we’re offering under the current circumstances

If we’ve never worked with you before or haven’t been in contact with you for a while, you need to complete the online referral form on our 'Get Help' page.
The majority of our advice appointments and assessments are taking place over the phone. You will then be referred out to other teams that can meet your different needs. We appreciate that this causes access issues for those without access to technology or WiFi and we're working hard to resolve that. The assessment does involve us asking you some personal questions so you might want to go to a private space for the call.
All of the things our youth team offers; advice, food vouchers, etc. are being provided remotely where possible. Our youth workers will check in with you regularly and keep you updated on any changes as soon as we can.

All workshops are designed to help you improve your confidence and to help you decide what your next step is going to be. The workshops take place on Zoom and are relaxed, open and informal.
