The exciting SPAT project helps young people at the New Horizon Youth Centre transform their lives.

Meeting 3 times per week for circuit and fitness training and long runs, the programme supports our young people in learning how to achieve.

Young people who take part in the SPAT project not only experience the health benefits, They also see fantastic improvements in motivation and self-confidence as well as positive changes in their personal circumstances related to housing, employment and training.
