The National Portrait Gallery is taking a lead in supporting our young people.
These pictures were taken by young people at the centre in an exciting partnership with the National Portrait Gallery.
They show work achieved by young people through the support of staff from the National Portrait Gallery, including Tom Wichelow, a professional photographer, and are the first of a series of 3 workshops which will look at many aspects of photography including lighting, studio shots and general camera work over the coming year.
