After 2 years, New Horizon Youth Centre is delighted to be able to move its annual fundraiser back to the summer.
Kindly sponsored by Searcys at the Gherkin in celebration of their 175th anniversary, please join us on Tuesday 19th July, 6:30pm at the popular restaurant in one of London’s most iconic skyscrapers.
It will be a wonderful evening with stunning views of London, great food, fabulous lucky dip prizes and a live auction hosted by our favourite auctioneer and Patron, Jon Snow, all in support of young Londoners experiencing homelessness.
Our Summer Reception takes place on Tuesday 19th July, 6:30pm at Searcys in the Gherkin. Tickets are £80 and are available online here.
Your support this year will go directly towards ensuring New Horizon can continue to deliver vital services that will help young people experiencing homelessness to improve their wellbeing, change their economic circumstances and find a safe place to call home. Far too many young people find themselves unhoused, unsupported and unsafe. As we all emerge into the ‘new normal’, it is critical that we ensure that young people, especially those experiencing homelessness have all the support that they need to exit homelessness for good.
“When I first came to New Horizon’s drop-in centre, I was still rough sleeping in London which was hard. Coming to the centre I was able to get housing advice, food, spare clothes and a shower which was so important when I had no money and no other support. New Horizon helped me get into emergency accommodation and sorted my ID and I have somewhere safe to stay now.” - Kamil,
Please buy your ticket online here or contact us directly for alternative ways to buy tickets and help young people, like Kamil, to exit homelessness for good.
We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be a great evening and if you need to get in touch with us before the event, please contact Fadzai at [email protected].
