The Sleepover

At 18, Jack and Ben are bit too old for sleepovers, but what happens when Jack has no where else to turn?

Like thousands of young people in London, Jack is homeless. Luckily, he found New Horizon Youth Centre.

The scale of the problem

  • 15,000 young people aged 16-24 are homeless in London, 10% more than last year.*
  • Young people are the fastest growing age group of people who sleep rough in London.**
  • The most common reason for young people becoming homeless or at risk of homelessness is family or friends no longer being willing or able to accommodate them.*

How New Horizon Helps

When a young person finds themselves homeless in London, New Horizon Youth Centre there with urgent support to give them the room they need to thrive. With your help, we can support them to find a safe place to call home.

Last year we supported 1,500 young people with holistic wrap-around support to end their homelessness: housing advice and referrals, life skills, jobs, education and training guidance, mental and physical health, and a community where they can find home to face the future together.

Donate now to help open up a New Horizon for young people who are homeless.
