NHYC Comedy Night 2014

What a buzzing night at the Shaw Theatre! A sell-out crowd enjoyed a series of amazing and extremely funny comedians, a dynamic and infectious dance performance by our young people, and our Chair Jon Snow working his infamous socks off as MC and very skilled auctioneer.

A massive thank you to the generous Ed Byrne for yet again organising such a cracking line-up of fellow comedians. Thanks Dara O’Briain, Hal Cruttenden, Dan Antopolski, Tom Allen and Glenn Wool for supporting our work with young homeless people - and making us laugh so much in the process.

The auction and raffle were also an excellent way to raise funds for our work. The unique items and experiences on offer were kindly donated by Holts Gems, Chameleon PR, Royal Parks Foundation, Tea & Scones, Ballingdon Mill and Jon Snow.

A big thank you to staff, volunteers and young people at New Horizon Youth Centre for all the great efforts in organising this year’s Comedy Benefit and making it run so smoothly. And of course thank you to everyone who joined us on what was a great night.
