New fitness instructor Tom adding Yoga routines to the list of training disciplines at the SPAT sessions.

Tom is a full time Fire-fighter but in his spare time volunteers at New Horizon Youth Centre with SPAT.

Tom helps out with fitness sessions that are run on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I enjoy running and generally keeping fit, from this photo you can see that I also enjoy doing Yoga. Having kept fit the majority of my life I want to instill in others the positive benefits of exercise.

The sessions encourage young people to become more active and hopefully more confident in themselves in the same way that running and other forms of exercise have helped Tom down the years.
